*Student rate reflects the contribution from the Services and Activities (S&A) fee allocation.  Reduction percentage is based on estimates of student-family enrollment, and may be adjusted if the number of student families increases significantly.

CCAMPIS Grant is funded by The Department of Education CCAMPIS grant to support student parents to persist in their education. Student parents must complete a CCAMPIS application and the FAFSA or Student Aid Estimator as proof of Pell Grant eligibility.

Registration Fee: New families or those who lapse in enrollment for 12 months will be charged a $50 non-refundable registration fee per family.

Late Fee:  A $35 late fee will be assessed for bills not paid in full by the 5th of the month of service, unless an approved payment arrangement is in place.

Overtime Rates: Overtime rates are charged when a child is present before or after scheduled hours. Rates for overtime are $2.00 per minute.

Closures:  WSUCC closes for emergency closures or suspended operations.  See parent handbook for details.

Monthly tuition is calculated by dividing the number of open days by 12 months, creating a consistent monthly tuition rate.  Thus, planned closures have been included in the calculation of monthly tuition and do not result in prorated tuition for the months in which they occur. To cover increases in salaries/wages, materials and equipment, annual fee increases of 7-10% should be anticipated.

Please review service agreement for full details on policies and procedures related to billing.
